Enter through custom double doors to the residence’s grand foyer that leads to the main level social areas. A large game room has billiards, ping pong and foosball tables as well as an arcade with 1600+ different games for endless hours of fun. Next is a great room with soaring ceilings, a luxe seating area centered around a gas fireplace, huge smart TV, and a separate desk for virtual commuting or studies. Both areas have large sliding glass doors that allow for a seamless flow directly to an expansive balcony with panoramic views
The estate’s designer kitchen is every chef’s dream with high end appliances including a 6-burner Thermador gas range, double ovens, wine fridge as well as a premium housewares package for creating and serving any type of meal. An island with bar seating is awash with the glow of suspended pendant lights, offering a perfect area for morning coffee from the Kuerig or overflow seating. An elegant dining area with views framed by oversized windows completes the heart of the home. The main dining table has been nicknamed the King's Table. It is the largest circular table we have seen in an estate and is comprised completely of thick solid granite.
Four bedrooms are located on the main level, including the exclusive master suite with grand king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, private access to the main level balcony, and ensuite bath. A jetted tub under a large picture window, separate walk-in rain shower, dual vanity sinks, and convenient washer and dryer are hallmarks of the master bathroom.
Bedroom two has 2 king beds, a walk-in closet, ensuite bath with full shower, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to the balcony. Bedrooms three and four each have two 2 king beds, a TV, and glass doors that access the balcony. These rooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom smartly separated for privacy by doors between the vanities and shared shower area.
Also on the main level is a guest powder room and completely stocked laundry room with more views! Enjoy garage access here as well, with generous space for 3 vehicles plus recreational gear.
On the estate’s lower level are bedrooms five and six. Each bedroom has 2 king beds and a TV plus access to the lower-level patio. These bedrooms share the estate’s fourth full bath with a walk-in shower and vanity sink. The lower level is also home to a cozy lounge ideal for gathering to watch the big game on the smart TV with nearby kitchenette and bar for stocking snacks and enjoying a refreshing adult beverage. A poker table has been added to the lower level for elevated fun with family and friends.
Nearly every room in the home leads to the estate’s unparalleled outdoor living areas where the main attraction is a pool with optional heating and large water wall that is perfect for year-round swims. Tucked in an intimate corner beside the pool is an outdoor gas fireplace, built-in huge stainless steel grill, and dinging area. The expansive bi-level balcony has multiple seating areas with comfy chairs and chaises, two gas fire pits, and a secluded covered hot tub. Unmatched views of mountains, canyons, desert scenery, city lights, a golf course, and the majestic sunsets Arizona is famous for can be appreciated from every vantage point across the space.

In addition to the estate’s over-the-top features, Scottsdale/ Fountain Hills is known for its year-round beautiful weather, small community vibe, and of course the world-famous 560’ city fountain feature. The property is a short drive from all the renowned family friendly experiences, world-class shopping and dining, outdoor adventure, and cultural attractions the Phoenix region has to offer. Old Town Scottsdale and Taliesin West are nearby destinations to check out, and outdoor enthusiasts will want to explore Tonto National Forest and McDowell Nature Preserve. From here you are only 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 40 minutes from Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport, making travel seamless to every major gateway in the country.
Pool heating is optional and the extra fees are:
- 85.00 per day to 80 degrees
